Privacy Policy

CourierRate Pro is operated by PrimeThread LLC. This policy explains what information the app handles and why.

• Account details: first name, last name, optional business name, email address, and password.
• Your rate settings and vehicle rates.
• Quotes, offer evaluations, and dispatches you choose to save, including the job details you enter (such as client or company names, pickup and delivery locations, mileage, time, and amounts).

Accounts, sign-in, and password handling are provided through Supabase. Your account information and saved data are stored in our Supabase database, and access is restricted so each account can only read its own records. Your browser also stores your sign-in session and may store a local copy of rate settings so the app works correctly.

Subscriptions and payments are processed by Stripe. You enter card and billing details directly with Stripe. CourierRate Pro does not store your complete payment-card details. We keep subscription information needed to provide access — your Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, plan, status, and billing period dates. Your account email is shared with Stripe for your billing account. Stripe's handling of your information is described in Stripe's own privacy policy.

We use your information only to operate CourierRate Pro: to create and secure your account, run and save your calculations, manage your subscription and access, and send account emails such as verification and password reset messages.

We do not sell your information. We share it only with the service providers needed to run the app (Supabase and Stripe) or where required by law.

You can view and update your profile details and email address on your Profile page, and edit your rate settings at any time. You may contact us to request access to or deletion of your account data, subject to records we must keep for legal or billing purposes.

We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date above shows the latest version.
