Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of CourierRate Pro, a software service operated by PrimeThread LLC ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using CourierRate Pro, you agree to these Terms.

CourierRate Pro provides courier pricing, profitability, offer-evaluation, dispatch-pricing, and quote-management tools, including saved rate settings and a history of your saved quotes, evaluations, and dispatches.

Calculations, figures, and recommendations are informational business tools based on the information and settings you enter. They are not financial, tax, legal, or accounting advice, and we do not guarantee any particular result. You remain solely responsible for your own pricing, business, tax, legal, and operational decisions, and for checking that the information you enter is accurate.

You must provide accurate account information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You may only use the service for lawful purposes and may not attempt to disrupt it, access other users' data, or misuse it.

Access to CourierRate Pro requires a paid Pro subscription at $19/month, which renews automatically each month until canceled. There is currently no free trial. Payments are processed by Stripe. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. We may change pricing with advance notice; changes apply from your next billing period.

You keep ownership of the information you enter. How we handle it is described in our Privacy Policy.

We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may update, improve, or change features over time.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, PrimeThread LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or business losses arising from your use of the service or reliance on its calculations. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

You may stop using the service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms.

We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date above shows the latest version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Nothing in these Terms restricts any consumer rights that may apply to you under applicable law.
