Refund Policy

CourierRate Pro is a subscription service operated by PrimeThread LLC. The Pro plan costs $19/month and renews automatically each month until canceled. There is currently no free trial.

Subscription payments are non-refundable once processed, except where required by applicable law. You may cancel at any time to prevent future renewal charges. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period, and you will retain access through that date.

• You can cancel at any time from Profile → Manage Subscription.
• Canceling does not generate a prorated refund or credit for unused time.
• You keep Pro access through the end of your current paid billing period.
• Your subscription will not renew after cancellation takes effect, and you will not be charged again.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under applicable law that cannot be waived or limited by contract.
